WANTED: Person with a kick-ass attitude who wants to learn about the music industry and be part of something amazing.


Job Description

The candidate will be involved in leading and delivering a diverse range of tasks, including: 

- Preparing press and promotional material for artists

- Liaising with different facets of the music industry, including venues, artists, manufacturers, promoters, and press

- Preparing sponsorship packages

- Preparing invoices

- Social media management

- Assisting with sales at events

- Researching database and content for publishing

- Copywriting


You are not hired to do coffee runs, although tasks such as picking up merchandise from sponsors and partners may happen time to time. There are no tasks too big or small.


What are we looking for?

Ideal candidate must be self-driven, reliable, happy to work on their own, able to meet deadlines, and have strong copywriting skills. 


A background in marketing and knowledge on classical music is desired, although the candidate will be hired on attitude, not experience. Training and support will be provided on the job if needed.


As our label work with international artists, it will also be a massive bonus if you are multilingual (English & Chinese preferred). 


Where will I work?

We work everywhere from a desk, a coffee shop, at home while still in pyjamas, and at music venues. The candidate must be flexible and able to complete assigned tasks off-location. 


Ideally, you live near central London- this is where you will be required for meetings and events.


What do I need?

You need your own computer laptop, a working phone, an enthusiastic attitude, and hunger for success.


What is the pay?

London living wage, negotiable based on experience.


How many hours a week?

The chosen candidate will be initially trialled at 8 hours per week for 2 weeks, with an increase to 10-14 hours depending on capability and workload.
